Turkey Tail Turmeric Lemonade

Eat a little too much over the holidays and looking for a way to soothe your stomach? Look no further than this tasty but powerful digestive relief, supercharged with the immune boosting benefits of Turkey Tail.


  • 3 cups water
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger
  • 1 small/medium turmeric root
  • 1 small beet, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp SHIELD Turkey Tail
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne
  • Sweetener of choice
  • Ice (optional)


  1. Peel and wash turmeric root, fresh ginger and beet.
  2. Add to a blender (we like the Vitamix) and blend until ready to drink! Drink immediately or store in the fridge for a day or two.
