Immune boosting Turkey Tail Mushrooms, seeds and nuts make this tasty granola the perfect anytime snack!
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberry mix
- 1/2 cup sliced tiger nuts
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp flax seeds
- 2 Tbsp SHIELD Turkey Tail mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup seed or nut butter
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Bake in the oven at 325 for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week, in the fridge for up to a month or the freezer for up to three months.
