Immune Supporting Turkey Tail Granola Mix

Immune boosting Turkey Tail Mushrooms, seeds and nuts make this tasty granola the perfect anytime snack!


  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberry mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced tiger nuts
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp SHIELD Turkey Tail mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup seed or nut butter
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Bake in the oven at 325 for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week, in the fridge for up to a month or the freezer for up to three months.
