Turkey Tail and Brazil Nut Immunity Booster

Looking for an easy and delicious way to get some boost your immune system on the regular?

Try this Brazil Nut Immunity booster- a blend that you can save in the fridge and sprinkle on just about anything!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brazil nuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. SHIELD Turkey Tail powder 
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon salt
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. Pulse everything in a food processor until well combined and desired texture is reached.
  2. Store in a glass jar in your pantry or fridge.
  3. Sprinkle on your favorite foods for a tasty immune booster!
