- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar (can sub white or brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1 tsp Thrive 6 mushroom extract
- 1Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
- Ice, for serving
- Milk, for serving
- In a tall glass, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Using a handheld mixer, whisk until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape. Add in Thrive 6 and vanilla protein powder and stir with a spoon until mixed.
- Fill a glass most of the way full with ice and milk, then scoop the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking, if desired.
