Mushroom Powered Collagen Energy Balls

A tasty protein rich snack that's supercharged with powerful mushroom extracts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole rolled oats
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nut or seed butter
  • 1/3 cup ground flax
  • 2 scoop Mushroom Powered Collagen Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. date syrup
  • ½ Tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tsp. pure vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined and sticky.
  2. Roll into small sized balls and keep them in the refrigerator or freezer for easy snacks.
