Mushroom Collagen Turmeric Lemonade

A protein packed, anti-inflammatory elixir to get you going in the morning and feeling good all day. 


  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1-2 inches of fresh turmeric
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 scoop Mushroom Powered Collagen
  • Dash ceylon cinnamon
  • Dash cayenne powder
  • Stevia to taste (or other sweetener)
  • Pinch black pepper


Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy cold.
