Is there a better brain boosting duo than the Matcha and Lions Mane?
I certainly don't think so...
Matcha provides calm, focused energy while lions mane supports clarity and mental focus. Pair it with a little morning movement and you’re extra golden!
- 2 Ounces Filtered Water
- 1/2 tsp Matcha (this recipe uses @soarorganics)
- 1/2 tsp Lion's Mane
- Nut Mil of choice (we like almond milk)
Optional: Add collagen and acacia fiber for gut health and protein.
- Mix all ingredients together and blend with a handheld whisk.
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice.
- Pour nut mil of choice on top.
That's it! Super easy and super delicious brain boosting elixir. Enjoy!
