Dairy-Free Queso Sauce with Lion’s Mane

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts or cashews, soaked for 30 minutes and rinsed
  • 1 cup water or just enough to blend
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup green chilis
  • 1 Tbsp. chickpea miso
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. chili seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ELECTRIC Lion's Mane extract
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. mineral salt or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Store in a glass jar. It will last up to 2 weeks.
