Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Cordyceps Smoothie

Exercise takes a toll on the body. Refresh, re-energize and recover with this delicious mushroom powered smoothie. Includes turmeric for easing sore joints, and Cordyceps extract for an energy boost.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 inch of ginger, peeled
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 1 dash of ceylon cinnamon
  • 1-2 grams cordyceps extract powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Best if enjoyed as a post-workout elixir.
