Chaga Chai Smoothie

It's time to turn up the flavor with this spiced up Chaga Chai Smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Recharge Chaga
  • pinch black pepper
  • Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, stevia or honey)

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
