Beetroot Mushroom Latte

Enjoy this pretty-in-pink latte powered with beetroot and lion's mane. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp beet root powder
  • 1 tsp Lion' Mane Extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into small saucepan on medium heat. Heat until just starting to boil.
  2. Add hot liquid to high speed blender. Let steam release before blending. Blend for 60
    seconds until fully mixed.
  3. Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!
